Improve character length for certain field, and support special character

• Normally setup disclaimer in this field. Limited character for this.

• Possible to have rich text format (bold, italic), or attach image, table?

Patient name character length currently 50. Not enough especially for Brunei customer

Support common special character in lab reporting. refer to attachment.
