Formula enhance for items with analyzing upper/lower limit

While items were below analyzing limit and interpret were setted, but formula still take the results to calculate. Now we need to use rules to do result_edit. Is there any way that we could calculate by low limit? eg. Urine Protein/creatinine Ratio if protein <5 then use 5 to calculate.
