Increased escalation and autovalidation customisation

Customer would like to be able to customise the steps for escalation and/or autovalidation. As I understand currently can only have one pathway. Would like to be able to customise multiple steps and configurations depending on test. (P.S is this similar to the dev. to replace Delphic Haem?)
